أعلنت شركة الإنتاج عن انضمام الممثلة السورية المخضرمة منى واصف إلى طاقم مسلسل “مولانا”، الذي يشاركها فيه البطولة تيم حسن. وسيُعرض المسلسل في رمضان 2026.يشارك في المسلسل أيضًا نور علي وعبد المنعم عمايري، ومن كتابة السيناريو لبنى خداد. المسلسل من إخراج سامر البرقاوي وإنتاج صادق الصباح. ومن المقرر أن يبدأ التصوير في بيروت، لبنان، في أكتوبر المقبل. يُحيي مسلسل “مولانا” الشراكة الفنية بين تيم حسن ومنى واصف، بعد نجاحهما في مسلسلات “الهيبة” (2017-2022) المكونة من خمسة أجزاء، بالإضافة إلى مسلسلات “العميد” (2020)، و”الزند” (2023)، و”تحت الأرض السابعة” التي عُرضت في رمضان الماضي.

ذكرت واصف أنها لم تستلم النص مسلسل مولانا بعد تحديد موعد مشاركته، قائلةً: “ما زلتُ لا أملك النص، لكن إن شاء الله سينجح”. وتحدثت منى واصف عن علاقتها الوثيقة بتيم حسن، مشيرةً إلى أن تعاونهما في المشاريع الأخيرة أمرٌ حيويٌّ ويبعث على السعادة والفخر. قالت: “في الآونة الأخيرة، كان تواصلي مع تيم حيويًا للغاية، وهذا يُشعرني بالسعادة والرضا والفخر”. وأضافت: “تيم بمثابة ابني”. في حلقة فكاهية تُبرز مدى ارتباط الجمهور بشخصياتها، كشفت واصف أن ابنها عمار كان يُناديها بـ”أم جبل” أثناء عرض مسلسل “الهيبة”، قائلةً: “لم يعد يُناديني بـ”ماما”، بل يُناديني بـ”أم جبل”، وهذا أمر طبيعي”.
